Tuff Toe Inc. Return/Refund Policy

Tuff Toe, Inc. expects you to know your cleat size before ordering.

See below for returns on cleats:

Tuff Toe Inc. will replace any item purchased from the website within 30 days of the order date with the following stipulations:

•  Customer is subject to paying all freight charges.
•  The unit is defective.
•  Unworn cleats can be returned for a 25% re-stocking fee.
•  Unworn cleats can be returned for a different size (if in stock) for a 10% re-stocking fee.

Tuff Toe Inc. has a replace only policy for defective units. There are no refunds and all sales are final.
